SRP-MIC Senior Center Water, Sewer, and Parking Lot Improvements

This project focuses on utility and site improvements for the SRP-MIC Senior Center. The scope of work includes connecting the facility to sewer and water infrastructure installed during our previous project by extending additional utility lines west along Osborn Road. As part of the improvements, the existing parking lot will be removed and replaced to provide updated, functional, and accessible site conditions. These enhancements support the long-term operational needs of the Senior Center and align with the broader development goals of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
