Craig Nielson

Assistant Project Manager

Craig Nielson

Craig Nielson is a well-rounded Assistant Project Manager with over 20 years of construction experience, including nine years in commercial construction management on the General Contractor (GC) side. Craig began his career as a low voltage access control and alarm technician, and through the leadership skills he developed in the Army, he quickly transitioned from technician to crew leader and then to project management.

After attending Arizona State University for Environmental Resource Management, Craig moved to the GC side, where he spent seven years running jobsites for a variety of projects, including supermarkets, storage facilities, and a government office complex. His hands-on experience as a project superintendent laid a solid foundation for his transition to project management.

As an Assistant Project Manager, Craig has contributed to a wide range of projects, from large apartment complexes to smaller-scale roofing repairs for government housing. His ability to adapt to different project scopes and manage diverse teams has made him a valuable asset to every project he oversees.

Born in Seattle, Washington, Craig moved to Mesa, Arizona at a young age. After high school, he joined the U.S. Army as a helicopter mechanic and served four years, including one overseas tour. Craig and his wife of 16 years, Kara, along with their four adult children, now call Arizona home. In his free time, Craig enjoys hunting, hiking, camping, and attending ASU football games.
