This multi-phase improvement project was successfully delivered with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Phase 1 focused on revitalizing the existing water, sewer, and irrigation systems, along with various hardscape features surrounding the Community Center Building. One of the project’s key challenges was maintaining full access and functionality of the facility during construction—especially during several high-attendance community events. Thanks to the proactive coordination of our on-site superintendent and dedicated subcontractor teams, the work was completed smoothly with minimal disruption.
Phase 2 included the complete removal and replacement of all site concrete and asphalt, along with restriping of the entire parking lot. This final phase was executed with the same attention to detail and commitment to excellence, resulting in a clean, safe, and fully refreshed exterior.
This project stands as a testament to our ability to deliver complex site work on active campuses—on schedule, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.
