With 38 years of experience in the construction industry, Jacob Bowen has built a career rooted in hard work, integrity, and a deep commitment to excellence. Starting as a union laborer, Jacob's journey to becoming a Senior Construction Superintendent has been driven by a passion for leadership and a hands-on approach to every project. For the past 26 years, he has successfully led teams, managed complex projects, and cultivated a reputation for delivering results—always with a focus on communication, accountability, and leading by example.

As a construction professional and a Veteran of the United States Marine Corp, Jacob’s core values—integrity, communication, and accountability—are the foundation of his leadership style. He firmly believes in setting the tone for his teams through personal example, ensuring that everyone is empowered to contribute to the success of each project. These principles have earned him the trust of his colleagues and clients alike and have helped him navigate a successful career across multiple roles in the industry.

Outside of work, Jacob is a dedicated family man, happily married for 38 years with two daughters and two grandchildren. He and his wife share a love of antique hunting and metal detecting, often spending time searching for lost treasures together. In his spare time, Jacob is an enthusiastic woodworker, creating beautiful wood furniture and artistic pieces that reflect his craftsmanship and attention to detail.
