Joe Bach

Project Manager

Joe Bach

Joe brings a deep-rooted construction heritage and more than a decade of hands-on project management experience to his role as Project Manager. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin and comes from a multi-generational construction family. His great-grandfather was part of the original Iron Workers Local 63 Architectural and Ornamental out of Chicago, with both his grandfather and father continuing in the trade. On his mother’s side, Joe grew up surrounded by civil engineers, project managers, and skilled tradespeople making a career in construction a natural path.

Over the past decade, Joe has delivered complex industrial and commercial projects across the U.S., including large-scale warehouse, fabrication, and industrial facilities. His expertise in preconstruction, value engineering, cost control, and design-build delivery allows him to lead projects from concept through completion. Joe is known for strong leadership, effective coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining control over budgets, schedules, quality, and safety.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and family. He has a strong appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, and snowboarding. Joe is also committed to giving back, participating in local outreach and volunteer efforts that support both the community and the construction industry.
