Sr. Project Accountant

Olivia is an accomplished construction professional with over 20 years of experience in project accounting. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. She began her career as a Project Accountant with a local general contractor in Scottsdale, Arizona, and in 2015 became a licensed General Contractor while also earning certifications as a Woman-Owned Business and Small Business Enterprise.

With a diverse background supporting a wide range of construction projects, Olivia excels at bridging the gap between financial data and project execution. She partners closely with project managers, lenders, and clients to deliver clear, timely financial insights that help drive successful outcomes and informed decision-making.

Outside of work, Olivia cherishes time with her son and is actively involved in her community church. She is passionate about volunteering and giving back, and she values time with family in Northern Arizona and Mexico. An avid traveler, she loves experiencing new cultures and has a deep appreciation for the performing arts, particularly opera and symphony performances.
