This project is focused on providing much-needed rental homes for the SRP-MIC community members. It involves the construction of 38 townhomes, each featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The homes, each approximately 1,600 square feet in size, will also include a 2-car carport. The townhomes will be arranged in clusters of two, three, and four units across three sites: Mesquite Trails, Lonely Cactus, and Pals.
The scope of the project includes civil engineering work for grading, roads, parking, and drainage, as well as site irrigation and landscaping to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and environmental sustainability of the development. Utility setups will include water, sewer, electrical, communications, and drainage systems. The architectural work will focus on ensuring structural integrity and safety while providing modern, functional living spaces with quality interior finishes, fixtures, and appliances. Additionally, exterior hardscaping features such as pathways, patios, and other surfaces will be developed to complement the landscaping.
This initiative aims to create high-quality, accessible housing for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, prioritizing comfort, functionality, and practicality in both design and construction.
