With 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Clay Tower has spent the last 10 years with Dallas, exclusively serving the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRP-MIC). He plays a key role in overseeing a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and civil construction. Clay’s extensive expertise covers various sectors, such as the development of two water treatment facilities, roadwork, and utility infrastructure projects involving water, sewer, and electrical systems.
Clay’s hands-on approach to project management, combined with a deep understanding of SRP-MIC's complex construction processes, has earned him a reputation for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. His leadership style focuses on collaboration and efficiency, ensuring that all project teams work seamlessly together with the owner to achieve project goals. Clay is committed to safety, quality, and innovation in every aspect of his work.
Outside of work, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. He is a devoted coach for their football and basketball teams and enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities.
