Indian School Road Improvements

This federally funded project involved the construction of 4,000 linear feet of public water main, the replacement of a section of an existing roadway, and the installation of a pedestrian crossing signal. In addition, the project extended the public sewer main by 1,500 linear feet and included several other improvements, such as the installation of public sidewalks and storm culverts. The wet utilities were essential in providing water to the future Way of Life Facility, which was later constructed as part of the broader development. The project required meticulous coordination with residents along Indian School Road and the Lonely Cactus Senior Housing complex to minimize disruptions and ensure the smooth progression of work in the area.
