This project involved the relocation of the existing tailwater pond from the west to the east side of Loop 101 to accommodate the expansion of the Scottsdale Auto Show. The scope of work included mass excavation, the installation of a pond lining system, a 400 HP vertical turbine pump, headwalls, and turnout structures. The relocated pond plays a critical role in capturing and dispersing irrigation water to agricultural fields throughout the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, ensuring efficient water management and supporting ongoing agricultural operations in the area.
