This project involved the construction of all necessary infrastructure for a 10-parcel, 63-acre auto complex. The scope of work included the installation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of waterlines and sewer systems, along with over 9,000 linear feet of electrical conduit. In addition to these utilities, all concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalks were installed, along with a new road. Special attention was given to the construction of the asphalt road to ensure the smoothness required for future test drives by incoming dealerships.
Notable Pima-Maricopa cultural features were thoughtfully integrated into the design, including sandblasted coyote tracks and water designs etched into the sidewalks. The project also included two large, custom entry monuments, each featuring multi-color concrete columns designed to resemble rammed earth, showcasing distinctive cultural elements at the entryways. Additionally, significant earthwork was completed to create retention basins, and 700 linear feet of underground storage systems were installed to ensure effective water management across the site.
