Construction improvements to the existing Topgolf Scottsdale facility including addition of a new patio and storefront. Patio scope included addition of shade sails, new patio concrete slab, masonry walls, gates, lighting, and storefront to connect to the first level of the existing facility. The storefront scope included enclosing the second and third floors to allow for year-round use.
